Invitation-based business networking

One seat per category.

Once it's filled, it's gone.

The Key is a weekly, in-person chapter of vetted small business owners who send each other real work. Only one plumber. One realtor. One insurance agent. Your competitors don't get a seat at this table.

Guests attend by invitation after a short vetting conversation. Nothing is decided on your first visit.

Why Partners stay

Most networking groups are a coffee club. This one has a scoreboard.

The Key was built around three things a referral group either does well or fails at completely.

01

Your category is locked

Each chapter holds exactly one seat per industry — one plumber, one realtor, one A/C company. Partners are required to send that category's work to you, and they may not promote a competitor of yours anywhere on social media.

02

Accountability is our culture

Accountability here isn't a rule — it's how Partners treat each other. Our system levels the playing field, so every Partner receives Power Referrals without having to be the loudest voice in the room. It isn't a popularity contest. It's measurable results.

03

Training that compounds

Every meeting includes a 20-minute training from The Key Academy — plus a full written deep-dive library on marketing, reputation, structure and growth. You leave with something to use, not just business cards.

How it works

Four steps from curious to seated.

1

Request an invitation

Tell us your business and your category. Chapter leadership confirms the seat is open and approves the visit.

2

Visit a meeting

Sit in on a live chapter meeting as our guest. You'll introduce yourself for about a minute. Nothing is decided that day.

3

Apply and get vetted

Every applicant is vetted and formally approved before joining. Your fellow Partners are putting their reputation behind you — and you behind them.

4

Claim your seat

Choose your Partnership, set up autopay, and get onboarded by your Coach. Your category closes to everyone else.

Inside the room

One hour, rotating agendas. Every week.

No mystery, no wasted time. Here's exactly what happens when you visit.

"We're a closed group looking for the right Partners — not more Partners."

— The Key, Partner Rules & Standards

What's said here, stays here

The roster, contact information, revenue figures and chapter documents are for Partners only. Individual numbers stay confidential — only the chapter's combined total is ever shared.

Bring your calendar, not your checkbook

Visitors are not asked to join at the meeting. If the fit is right on both sides, you'll be invited to apply afterward.

The Key Academy

Twenty minutes of real training. Every single week.

Partnership isn't just a seat — it's a curriculum. Every topic ships as a live training, a written deep-dive, and a step-by-step guide you can actually follow, whether or not you consider yourself a "tech person."

  • Written for owners who have never done any of this before
  • Step-by-step, screenshot-level instructions
  • Live training in the room, then yours to keep
  • Plus Partners get the full white-paper library and coaching

Open seats

Is your category still available?

One business per category, per chapter. Seats fill in the order applications are approved, and once a category is taken it stays closed for as long as that Partner holds it.

Seats change week to week, so we keep the current list with chapter leadership rather than on this page. Tell us what you do and we'll check whether your category is still open.

Check My Category

We'll reply with a straight answer — open, filled, or not yet a category. New categories are added as chapters grow, so ask even if you don't think yours exists.

ROI
Chapter forming
Reporting begins at launch

Every Partner reports their ROI to the Chapter Administrator each week. Individual figures stay private — only the chapter's combined total is ever published. From day one, you'll see exactly what this room is producing.

"I got over $5 million in referrals from this group last year. Getting the same result out of Zillow or Realtor.com would have cost me tens of thousands of dollars. This is the only networking I do."

Trevor · Realtor

"The Key works. We average more than 10 quote requests a week from this group alone. It's a cheat code for marketing."

Partnership

Three ways in. One of them disappears.

Every Partnership is billed by autopay on the 15th of each month. We'll walk you through the details when you visit.

Questions

Before you visit

Do I have to be invited?

Yes. The Key is a closed group. Every prospect is vetted and approved by chapter leadership before an invitation goes out — that's what makes a Partner's referral worth something. Use the form below and we'll start that conversation.

How often does the chapter meet, and is attendance really required?

Once a week, in person, for about an hour. Attendance is expected. Partners get two unexcused absences per quarter, two weeks of vacation a year, and may send a substitute up to three times a quarter. Meetings follow the county school calendar and are canceled on federal and bank holidays.

What if my category is already taken?

Each chapter holds one seat per category, so that seat is closed while it's held. Reach out anyway — seats do open, categories are added as chapters grow, and new chapters launch with all five Founders seats available.

Can I belong to another networking group at the same time?

Yes — as long as that group doesn't carry the same requirements The Key does. Once you've been invited to a meeting, we'll walk you through exactly what that means for your situation.

What does it cost?

There are three Partnership levels, each billed monthly by autopay, and some carry a one-time onboarding fee. We go through the exact figures with you before you apply — ask us and we'll send them over, or come to a meeting and we'll walk you through it there. Nothing is decided on your first visit.

Come see a meeting before you decide anything.

Tell us your business and your category. If the seat is open and the fit is right, chapter leadership will send you an invitation to visit as our guest.
